Product Designer

Complex products and AI-enabled services, from discovery to final UI, metrics and scale

Let’s talk

Hi there!

I’m Nikita, a Senior/Lead Product Designer. I make complex services feel simple, both the ones millions of people use and the internal tools tens of thousands of employees open every morning. I also lead a team of designers.

I work where product design, systems thinking and AI meet

From research and product structure to launch, metrics and scaling what works.

  • GRIF AI — project preview

A proactive assistant that spots your to-dos on its own and hands you a ready-made action. I started with an idea and a couple of screens: no code, no design system. So I built the design function out of AI agents. Claude worked in Figma via MCP and moved components into code, and the live build pulled them straight from Storybook. The case study covers the whole pipeline, plus a panel where you can tweak the product’s personality by hand.

  • AI Agent Risk Management — project preview

At Sber, Russia’s largest bank, AI agent risk assessment lived in Jira tickets, Excel exports and zip archives passed from hand to hand. I pulled it all into one product: an agent registry, thirteen risk types, reviews from four departments and a clear path from “new” to “approved”. The case study covers the research, before-and-after user flows and an honest look at my own mistakes.

  • Community — project preview

A city platform where Muscovites share stories and argue about them. Editorial content lives side by side with user posts, and without moderation that neighbourhood would not last a week. Competitive analysis, personas, a design system, and a static site grew into a live pilot built to lift engagement.

  • Moderator Dashboard — project preview

A moderator dashboard for the Community platform: comments, users, publications, groups and posts, everything that needs a watchful eye, in one interface. I tested a single entity-management pattern in moderated usability sessions with 8 participants: moderators got their work done faster, and their nerves stayed intact.

  • Stop Spam — project preview

Onboarding for a spam-blocking app. Granting critical permissions (the most boring screen in the world) became a game: a protection-level bar and live block counters. Onboarding conversion went up 25%, drop-offs fell 30%. Gamification pays for itself.

  • Electronic House — project preview

A UX audit of Electronic House, a Moscow housing-services app. In housing and utility services the interfaces usually leak worse than the pipes. I found the navigation and clarity problems, prioritised the fixes and redesigned the key screens: home, neighbour profiles, chats and error handling.

Game design is my side quest: I design game mechanics and have shipped my own game on Steam

I like taking boring user flows apart and rebuilding them with gamification
